How scoring works: Each enabled KPI is scored as actual ÷ goal × 100%. The composite "Service Goals %" is the simple average across all enabled KPIs. Every KPI must be linked to a goal from the database — either a column in store_goals (per-store targets) or a service code in service_goals (network-wide penetration targets). No manual goal entry.
